Trualt Bioenergy Designates KMP Under Reg 30

Trualt Bioenergy's Board designated Mr. Monu Kumar, Company Secretary, as an additional authorized person under SEBI Regulation 30(5).
The updated list of five KMPs, including Managing Director and CFO, are jointly authorized for materiality determination and exchange disclosures.
The disclosure was made pursuant to SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 and the Company's Materiality Policy, effective March 30, 2026.
