True Green Bio Energy Limited has disclosed a revised list of Key Managerial Personnel authorized for determining materiality of events or information and making disclosures to stock exchanges. The authorization is effective from 13th August 2026 under Regulation 30(5) of SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
