TVS Supply Chain Solutions Ltd. withdrew its appeal before NCLAT after reaching a settlement with ZTE Telecom India Pvt. Ltd.
The appeal was dismissed as withdrawn on 15 April 2026 following mutual agreement between both corporate parties.
Legal counsel for both companies were present during the hybrid mode hearing before Justice Ashok Bhushan and Technical Member Barun Mitra.
