U.P. State Road Transport Withdraws IA 44546

The Supreme Court, on 18 May 2026, allowed U.P. State Road Transport Corp to withdraw IA No. 44546/2026.
The court dismissed IA No. 44546/2026 and ordered the miscellaneous application No. 1591/2026 to be disposed with liberty.
Any pending interlocutory applications, if existing, were also declared disposed by the Supreme Court in this proceeding now.
Counsel for the applicant also sought liberty to raise the grievance before the appropriate High Court, which was granted.
