UCO Bank filed two appeals with the NCLAT against individuals Subrata Das and Rahul Gupta.
The NCLAT Principal Bench listed both appeals for a hearing on 15th April 2026.
The order was passed in hybrid mode by a bench comprising a Judicial and a Technical Member.
