UCO Bank filed an appeal with NCLAT against Nicco UCO Alliance Credit Ltd. in an insolvency matter.
The appellant sought and was granted permission to file a rejoinder to the respondent's reply within two weeks.
The appeal has been scheduled for hearing on 06th May, 2026 before the NCLAT Principal Bench.
