UCO Bank filed an insolvency petition against individual Anu Garg under Section 95(1) of IBC, 2016.
The National Company Law Tribunal Chandigarh Bench listed the matter for a hearing on 20th May 2026.
The case was adjourned at the request of the petitioner's counsel to be heard with other similar matters.
