UCO Bank has received a strike notice from the United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU), which represents seven constituent unions/associations: AIBEA, AIBOC, NCBE, AIBOA, BEFI, INBOC, and INBEF.
The UFBU has decided to proceed on strike on the following dates:
- 11 September 2026
- 28 September 2026 to 30 September 2026
- Continuous strike from 26 October 2026
The strike is planned over various issues/demands.
The Bank has taken necessary steps to ensure continuity of its operations. However, if the proposed strike materializes, the functioning of the Bank's Branches and Offices may be affected.
This intimation is submitted pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
