UCO Bank Seeks Withdrawal of Insolvency Petition

UCO Bank filed an insolvency petition against Lohit Construction under Section 95 of IBC, 2016.
The Bank's counsel admitted the petition was filed due to a mistake and sought time to withdraw it.
The NCLT Guwahati Bench listed the matter for further hearing on 24th April 2026.
The Bank's Chief Manager was directed to remain present at the next hearing.
