UCO Bank Seeks Withdrawal of Mistaken Insolvency Petition

UCO Bank filed an insolvency petition under Section 95 of IBC against Lohit Construction Pvt. Ltd.
The Bank's counsel admitted the petition was filed due to a mistake and requested time to withdraw it.
The NCLT Guwahati Bench listed the matter for further hearing on 24th April 2026.
The Bank's Chief Manager was directed to remain present at the next hearing.
