UCO Bank Two Directors Cease Post-Term Completion

UCO Bank discloses cessation of two Part-time Non-Official Directors upon completion of their one-year tenure.
Shri Ravi Kumar Agrawal and Shri Anjan Talukdar ceased to be directors effective close of business on April 10, 2026.
The disclosure is made pursuant to SEBI LODR Regulation 30 and Master Circular HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155.
The directors were appointed by Government of India notification under the Banking Companies Act, 1970.
