- Following a direction from the High Court on September 7, 2026, officials from the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board visited the company's site again
- In a hearing held on September 11, 2026, the High Court has set aside the KSPCB's closure order
- The High Court has instructed KSPCB to conduct a fresh inspection during the crushing season
- The court stated that KSPCB may issue fresh directions in case of any non-compliance found during the inspection
- The official court order document is currently awaited
- The company confirms that its Ugar Khurd plant continues to remain fully operational despite these proceedings
