UltraTech Cement's arbitration with Jaiprakash Associates over the Dalla Super cement unit and mines in Uttar Pradesh concluded with a final award on 26th March 2026.
All rights and interests in the Dalla Super unit and mines have fully vested in UltraTech Cement following the settlement.
1,00,000 Series A Redeemable Preference Shares of face value Rs. 1,00,000 each, held in escrow since June 2017, stand fully discharged.
