UltraTech Cement Physical Shares Transfer Special Window

UltraTech Cement publishes newspaper ads notifying shareholders of SEBI's new special window for physical share transfer and dematerialisation.
SEBI opened a one-year special window from 5th February 2026 to 4th February 2027 for re-lodgement of physical share transfer requests.
All re-lodged shares will be processed via transfer-cum-demat route and subject to a one-year lock-in post transfer.
