SEBI KYC Compliance Requirement

Submission Requirements

Documents required to be submitted to KFin Technologies Limited (Registrar and Transfer Agent):

  • Form ISR-1 with self-attested supporting documents for KYC updation
  • Form ISR-2 with banker attestation of signature along with original cancelled cheque or self-attested bank passbook/statement copy
  • Form ISR-3 for opting out of nomination
  • Form SH-13 for nomination updation
