The company stated that it received an email from BSE Limited on 20th July 2026 inquiring about the price movement. In response, Umiya Tubes confirmed that it has made all necessary disclosures in a timely and transparent manner as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, as amended from time to time.

The company explicitly confirmed that it is not aware of any price sensitive information which has bearing on the affairs of the company that has not been intimated to the Stock Exchanges as per Regulation 30 requirements. The company attributed the share price movement entirely to market conditions, stating it has no control over these external factors.

Additionally, the company brought to stakeholders' attention that Divya Bhaskar newspaper published a misleading article about the company in its edition dated 13th July 2026. The article concerned non-maintenance of the company's registered office and an inoperative factory site. The company noted this article is already in the public domain and that it has submitted a separate clarification to BSE Limited regarding this matter.
