Union Bank of India filed an insolvency petition under IBC Section 95 against Minerva Executive Apartments Ltd.
The petition involves Mrs. P. Lakshmi Sruthi as a personal guarantor in the corporate insolvency resolution process.
The National Company Law Tribunal Hyderabad Bench heard the matter and granted an adjournment.
The hearing was rescheduled to 11 May 2026 at the request of the respondent's counsel.
