Union Bank Insolvency Petition Against Chetan Overseas

The NCLT Ahmedabad issued notice to the corporate debtor, returnable by the next hearing on 04.05.2026.
The corporate debtor is directed to file a reply within seven days from the date of receipt of notice.
The applicant was directed to serve the notice via registered post and email to the corporate debtor.
