Univastu India shareholders approved the continuation of Mr. Dhananjay Barve as an independent director beyond the age of 75 via a special resolution.
The resolution passed with 99.99% of valid votes in favor, with only 218 votes cast against the proposal.
E-voting for the postal ballot was conducted from March 6 to April 4, 2026, with a 68.44% turnout of total shares.
