Universus Photo Imagings Relocates Corporate Office Delhi

Universus Photo Imagings Limited is shifting its corporate office from Gurugram, Haryana to Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, effective April 1, 2026.
The relocation was approved via circular resolution by the Board of Directors on March 27, 2026.
Books of Account will also be maintained at the new New Delhi address, effective April 1, 2026.
