Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority appeals an NCLT order concerning Savfab Developers Pvt. Ltd.'s insolvency resolution plan.
The NCLAT issued notice to the respondents and listed the appeal for hearing on July 21, 2026.
The Tribunal clarified that implementation of the resolution plan is subject to the outcome of this appeal.
Respondents were given two weeks to file their reply to the appeal.
