Of 1,292 eligible unsecured creditors (total outstanding: ₹10,052.97 Lakh), 19 participated in e-voting, casting 333.38 Lakh in value unanimously in favour.
The NCLT-convened meeting was held on March 28, 2026 via Video Conferencing; the Scrutinizer's report was issued on March 31, 2026.
Prior regulatory approvals include RBI (January 2, 2025), BSE (July 4, 2025), and NSE (July 7, 2025) no-adverse-observation letters.
