• Net worth of the company: ₹4.1013 crore (₹410.13 lakhs) as of 31 March 2025

Regulatory Exemption Basis

The company qualifies for exemption under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 as both paid-up capital (below ₹10 crore) and net worth (below ₹25 crore) are below the specified thresholds.

Exempted Provisions

The exemption applies to the following corporate governance provisions for the period ended 31 March 2026:

• Regulations 17, 17A, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 24A, 25, 26, 27
• Clauses (b) to (i) of sub-regulation (2) of regulation 46
• Para C, D and E of Schedule V

Specific Disclosure Relief

The company is not required to submit related party transactions disclosures under Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 for the quarter ended 31 March 2026.
