  • Failure to file the affidavit will compel the Collector‑cum‑District Magistrate, Land Acquisition, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, to appear personally before the Court.

2. The matter is listed for further hearing on 16‑09‑2026.

Final Outcome

  • The State of Uttar Pradesh is directed to submit the specified affidavit within the stipulated two‑week period; non‑compliance will result in personal appearance of the Collector‑cum‑District Magistrate before the Court.
