Supreme Court dismissed civil appeals filed by Vasant Sagar Properties Private Limited against Federation of Churchgate Residents.
The dismissal was ordered in terms of a signed non-reportable judgment by Justices Vikram Nath and Sandeep Mehta.
All pending interlocutory applications related to the appeals were disposed of as a consequence of the dismissal.
