Veedol Corporation Extends Loan Repayment Deadline for Andrew Yule

Veedol Corporation's Board approved extension of unsecured loan repayment by Andrew Yule & Co. Ltd. from 31st March 2026 to 30th September 2026.
Andrew Yule & Co. Ltd., a Government of India Enterprise and Co-Promoter of Veedol, has a satisfactory track record of servicing financial obligations.
The extension was approved on recommendation of the Audit Committee and is on arm's length basis in ordinary course of business under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR.
