Vidya Wires Appoints D.G. Bhimani as Secretarial Auditor

Vidya Wires Limited has made a regulatory disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 regarding the appointment of a Secretarial Auditor.

The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 11th August, 2026 approved the appointment of M/s. D. G. Bhimani & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary (Peer Reviewed Firm) as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company. The appointment is for a term of 5 consecutive years, from 1st April, 2026 to 31st March, 2031.

The appointment was made on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and is subject to approval by the shareholders of the Company.
