6. Petitioner Vidyt Metallics Pvt. Ltd. must deposit Rs.2,50,00,000/- (Rupees two crore fifty lakh only) in the Registry of this Court within eight (08) weeks from the date of this order.
7. The deposited amount shall initially be kept in a fixed deposit for six (06) months with an auto‑renewal option in any nationalized bank.
8. Pleadings to be completed in the meantime.
9. Matter listed for further hearing on 25.08.2026.
