Vijaya Bank Appeal Listed After Merger

Supreme Court heard arguments in Civil Appeal No. 4814/2017 between Vijaya Bank & Ors and Ashok Kumar Singh & Ors.
Court ordered the case to be listed on 8 May 2026 for joining Bank of Baroda following Vijaya Bank's merger with Bank of Baroda.
The matter will be taken up at the end of the Board.
