M/s Vijayas Ventures Pvt Ltd withdrew its Supreme Court civil appeal against Amit Kumar Karmakar.
The withdrawal was granted with liberty to challenge the NCDRC judgment before the jurisdictional High Court.
The appeal was dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the signed order dated 28-04-2026.
