Vikram Kamats Hospitality Limited submitted a regulatory disclosure to BSE Limited regarding the use of proceeds from previous fundraising activities.
The Audit Committee of the Company reviewed the use of funds/proceeds raised through the issuance of Equity shares and warrants via Private Placement Offer Letters dated 28th September, 2024 and 13th September, 2025. The review meeting was held on 29th May, 2026.
The Committee found no deviations or variations in the use of proceeds from the objects stated and/or projected utilization of funds mentioned in the respective Private Placement Offer Letters.
As a result, the Company stated that the submission of a statement of deviation or variation in use of proceeds under Regulation 32(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the period ended 31st March, 2026 is not applicable.
The disclosure was signed by Dr. Vikram V. Kamat, Managing Director (DIN: 00556284), and submitted to the Listing Department of BSE Limited.
