Viksit Engineering Limited has made a regulatory disclosure to BSE Limited pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company received approval from the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, granting an extension under Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013. The extension allows an additional period of two months, up to November 30, 2025, for convening its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.

The company's accounting year closed on March 31, 2026, and the AGM was originally due to be held by September 30, 2026 as required by Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013.

The company had made an application for extension vide SRN AC5522062 on August 25, 2026, requesting the extension based on grounds mentioned in a letter attached with the e-form. The ROC granted the 2-month extension keeping in view the circumstances due to which the company could not hold its AGM on time.

The ROC order, dated August 31, 2026, was issued by Chandan Kumar, Assistant Registrar of Companies/Deputy Registrar of Companies/Registrar of Companies, ROC Mumbai I. The order advised the company to be careful in future compliance of the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.

The company will hold its AGM within the extended timeline and will intimate the specific date of the AGM in due course.
