Supreme Court heard Special Leave Petition filed by Vina Electricals Pvt Ltd against Mahesh Enterprises on 04-05-2026.
Justices K.V. Viswanathan and S.V.N. Bhatti condoned filing delay and refused to interfere with the High Court order.
The court noted that issues concerning alleged contract novation remain for the arbitrator to decide, and disposed of the petition.
All pending applications related to the petition were also ordered disposed.
