Voltaire Leasing Postal Ballot: Office Shift Approved

Voltaire Leasing & Finance Ltd submitted the Scrutinizer Report for postal ballot e-voting results declared on March 31, 2026.
Special Resolution to shift registered office from Maharashtra to West Bengal passed with ~100% valid votes in favour (1,193,815 votes for vs. 8 against).
E-voting was conducted via NSDL from March 2 to March 31, 2026; no physical ballots were received.
Scrutinizer Mrs. Kriti Daga, Practicing Company Secretary, certified the process as fair and transparent.
