Voltas discloses a favorable Court of Appeal (Qatar) judgment requiring OHL & Contrack to pay QAR 163.62 million (₹425.58 crores) for subcontract dues.
The court also awarded QAR 40 million (₹104.04 crores) in compensation and ordered the return of QAR 166.72 million (₹433.64 crores) in bank guarantees to Voltas.
The judgment dismissed all counterclaims against Voltas, with the company stating there are no negative financial implications or claims on it.
