Vraj Iron Steel Clarifies MoEF&CC ToR Power Details

The company provides clarification to its earlier intimation dated October 15, 2026 (Ref: VISL/SE/REG-30/2026-27150) regarding the grant of fresh Standard Terms of Reference by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC)
The clarification adds specific project details that were inadvertently omitted from the original filing

The MoEF&CC, Government of India granted fresh Standard Terms of Reference on October 14, 2026 for the establishment of a Greenfield Steel Plant
Project details added in this clarification:
Power Plant (WHRB) - 32 MW capacity: Phase 1 - 16 MW and Phase 2 - 16 MW
FBC Power Plant - 28 MW capacity: Phase 1 - 8 MW and Phase 2 - 20 MW
Bricks Manufacturing Unit: Phase 1 - 24,000 Bricks per day, Phase 2 - 40,000 Bricks per day
All these facilities form part of the project for which fresh ToR has been granted
All other details and disclosures contained in the earlier intimation dated October 15, 2026 remain unchanged
