Resolution Professional Appointment

Jayanti Lal Jain was appointed as Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) pursuant to the NCLT order. The first meeting of the Committee of Creditors was convened and concluded on December 30, 2024, where the IRP was appointed as Resolution Professional (RP) based on voting held on that date.

Regulatory Framework

Additionally, Regulation 15(2B) states that Regulations 18 (Audit Committee), 19 (Nomination and remuneration committee), 20 (Stakeholders Relationship Committee), and 21 (Risk Management Committee) are not applicable during CIRP, with their roles and responsibilities also fulfilled by the IRP/RP.

Upcoming Meeting

In terms of Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Resolution Professional will consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results on standalone basis for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Resolution Professional Committee meeting (in lieu of suspended Board of Directors) is scheduled for Friday, August 07, 2026.
