Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility discloses results of its postal ballot conducted via e-voting from March 27 to April 25, 2026.
Shareholders approved all six ordinary resolutions, including five material related party transactions and an increase in authorized share capital.
The resolutions passed with strong majority support from public shareholders, ranging from 96.06% to 98.63% in favor.
Total voter participation was low at 1.50% of outstanding shares, with 341 members casting votes on the NSDL platform.
