Wellbuild SLP Dismissed, Rs25 Lakh Cost Removed

Supreme Court dismissed the Special Leave Petitions filed by Wellbuild Merchants Pvt Ltd against Atria Constructions & Ors.
The Court deleted the Rs.25 lakh cost imposed on Wellbuild and Pune Municipal Corporation and removed observations against PMC officers.
Pune Municipal Corporation was ordered to issue the occupancy certificate for Tower‑D within two weeks of the order.
Arbitration proceedings will continue unaffected by the dismissal, with costs to be considered by the arbitrator.
