WeP Solutions Limited has initiated a Postal Ballot process for member approvals via remote e-voting only, per MCA Circulars.
Remote e-voting window is scheduled from April 18, 2026 to May 17, 2026 for eligible shareholders.
April 10, 2026 is fixed as the cut-off date to determine member entitlement to participate and vote.
