Supreme Court heard petitions (SLAP) filed by West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd against Sevoke Properties Private Ltd on 11 May 2026.
The petitions challenge the High Court of Calcutta’s final judgment dated 8 Jan 2026 in FAT No.1/2024 and CAN No.2/2025.
