The Supreme Court heard a special leave petition filed by West Bengal University of Health Sciences against a Calcutta High Court order.
The Court ordered the case to be tagged with SLP(C) No.26816/2023 and listed for hearing on April 9, 2026.
The Court also directed that no coercive steps be taken against the petitioners until the next hearing.
