Wind World India Resolution Plan Remitted by NCLT

NCLT Ahmedabad remits the resolution plan for Wind World India Limited back to the CoC for reconsideration and necessary revision.
The Resolution Professional is directed to convene CoC meetings for approval of a revised plan within a 20-day CIRP extension.
The extended Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process period had expired on 07.04.2026, prompting the tribunal's intervention to complete the process.
