The Board of Directors reconstituted the Stakeholders Relationship Committee (SRC) via a Circular Resolution passed on Friday, September 18, 2026.
Appointment Details:
- Mr. Manoj Dineshchandra Antani was appointed as the Chairperson of the SRC. His existing designation is Non-Executive Independent Director. He was already an existing Member of the SRC prior to this appointment.
