Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) Context:

  • The Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) was initiated against the company upon the admission of a petition (CP (IB) No. 291/Chd/Chd/2018) filed by Financial Creditor Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Company Limited under section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
