WSI Issues AGM Corrigendum After Director Resignation

Date: September 7, 2026

Ms. Rajendran Stella Isabella (DIN: 06871120) resigned from the office of Independent Director of the Company, effective September 4, 2026.

Item No. 3 relating to the appointment of Ms. Rajendran Stella Isabella as an Independent Director, as set out in the Original AGM Notice dated August 10, 2026, stands withdrawn and has become infructuous.
This item shall not be placed before the Members for consideration and approval at the AGM.
The withdrawal does not result in any change in the serial numbering of subsequent items of business in the AGM Notice.

The 63rd Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 2:30 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means.
The company instructed the e-voting agency to block/freeze the voting facility in respect of Item No. 3.
Any vote cast in respect of Item No. 3 prior to the blocking/freezing shall not be considered for determining voting results.
The Corrigendum dated September 4, 2026 forms an integral part of the Notice of the 63rd AGM dated August 10, 2026.
Except for the changes specifically stated in the Corrigendum, all other particulars, terms and contents of the AGM Notice remain unchanged.

In accordance with Regulation 36(1)(a) and (b) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015:
Email containing the Corrigendum was sent on September 7, 2026 to all shareholders with registered email addresses
Physical letters containing the web-link to the Corrigendum were dispatched on September 7, 2026 to shareholders without registered email addresses
