Xander Finance filed for withdrawal of its NCLAT appeal against Valdel Engineers following a settlement.
The parties executed a full and final settlement agreement dated December 26, 2025.
The appellate tribunal permitted the withdrawal request and dismissed the appeal.
The case was heard by Justice Sharad Kumar Sharma and Jatindranath Swain.
