Subsidiary TSI Yatra Pvt. Ltd. also received relief with ~₹1.99 crore duty and ~₹1.99 crore penalty demands dropped.
All three appeals were allowed in entirety via Final Order No. 60281/2026 dated March 30, 2026; no material adverse financial impact anticipated.
