The error concerned the type of general meeting that approved the continuation of Mr. Shantilal Ishwarlal Patel (DIN: 01362109) as Whole-Time Director. The original disclosure incorrectly referenced an "Annual General Meeting" instead of the correct "Extraordinary General Meeting."
The corrected disclosure states: "The Members of Zeal Aqua Limited at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on Friday, 28th August, 2026, through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), approved the continuation of Mr. Shantilal Ishwarlal Patel (DIN: 01362109) as Whole-Time Director of the Company, notwithstanding that he has attained/shall attain the age of 70 years, in accordance with the provisions of Section 196(3)(a) and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder."
All other contents of the original disclosure dated 28th August, 2026 remain unchanged. The corrigendum was issued for the information and records of the Stock Exchange and was signed by Anita Digbijay Paul, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (M.NO.: F9282(ICSI)), from Surat.
