Zee Media Amends Fair Disclosure Code UPSI

Zee Media Corporation Limited's Board approved amendment to its Fair Disclosure Code on March 30, 2026, per SEBI PIT Regulations 2015.
The amended code governs fair, uniform, and prompt disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) to all stakeholders.
A new Annexure-A on 'Policy for Determination of Legitimate Purposes' for sharing UPSI was included in the amended code.
